A man and a woman are facing a number of charges, after police busted what they say was a "common bawdy house" in northwest Regina. The case also involves child pornography, police say.
A Regina man, 42, is charged with keeping a common bawdy house, living off the avails of prostitution, communicating for the purposes of sex with a person under 18 and making child pornography available, the Regina Police Service said.
Also charged in connection the same case is a 21-year-old woman. She's charged with making child pornography, with one of the alleged victims being 15 years old.
Following a two-month investigation, the two were arrested Wednesday at a home on the 6500 block of Rochdale Blvd., in the northwest corner of the city.
Their first court appearance was Thursday.
Police said the investigation into the case continues.
