A man arrested earlier this week in the death of a Saskatoon woman has been charged with second-degree murder.

James Lee Busch, 33, is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon provincial court Wednesday morning charged with the murder of Sandra Marie Ramsay, 41.

On Saturday, her body was found in a downtown dumpster in an alley on the 200 block of 3rd Ave. S.

Busch and Simone Faye Dawn Desjarlais, 19, were arrested Monday night in the Wilkie area on charges of improperly interfering with human remains.

Those charges relate to an allegation that Ramsay's body had been moved. Desjarlais has not been charged with murder.

Ramsay is the city's fifth homicide of 2010, Saskatoon police said.
