Police were called to home in the 500 block of Montreal Street after receiving reports of a fight in a backyard that spilled onto the street at about 1:30 a.m. CST.

Nolen Boyd Tanner, 18, was found shot to death.

A neighbour, Gloria Van Den Akker, told CBC News she heard the fighting, followed by at least five gunshots.
