Saskatchewan-born musician Jeffery Straker has released his new music video showcasing the province's north.
In the video for the song "I Wanna Go Back There," Straker and video co-director Steve Allen went to Reindeer Lake in northeastern Saskatchewan.
The video showcases the musician singing and playing piano between the trees. The piano itself is later brought into the water on the lake, which crosses the border into Manitoba.
"Filming it was quite the feat. Magic [and] planning got a 100 year old piano to float on beautiful Reindeer Lake for some great scenes," Straker said in a post on Facebook. "Nature was very good to us that day!"
Reindeer Lake is about 670 kilometres northeast of Saskatoon.
