RCMP say the death of Jodi Roberts, whose body was found near Sucker River about a month after she was reported missing, is a homicide.
Family members confirmed last week that Roberts, 24, had been found on Nov. 27, on the outskirts of the community, north of La Ronge.

On Tuesday, RCMP said in a release that an autopsy had been performed and led them to conclude that Roberts did not die of natural causes. RCMP also provided official confirmation that the body found was that of Roberts.
While police did not disclose any other information about the death, they added their investigation was ongoing and that no arrests had been made.
Roberts was a mother of two young children.
