The Mounties say they've found a marijuana grow-op inside an abandoned theatre in Grenfell, Sask.

Police raided the theatre in the town, about 120 kilometres east of Regina, two days ago.

Inside, the RCMP said, they found 416 marijuana plants and about 4.5 kilograms of harvested marijuana.

It's alleged a sophisticated automated system was set up to support the plants.

Police were tipped off to the grow-op after the the arrest of a man at a border crossing at the Manitoba-U.S. border at Goodlands, Man.

Two people have been taken into custody and charged with producing and possessing drugs.

They include a man, 29,  from Calgary, who was picked up at the border and a woman, 55, from Grenfell. The two are scheduled to appear in court in Yorkton on Friday.
