Arson charges laid in Regina murder case

Police have laid arson charges in connection with the death of a Regina man whose body was found following a house fire.

Police have laid arson charges in connection with the death of a Regina man whose body was found following a house fire.

On March 23, the body of Ray Yacevich, 53, was found in the home on the 1400 block of Wascana St. in the North Central area.

Rosalyn Faye Wilm, 41, and Sarah Dawn Louisa Wilm, 22, have been charged with second-degree murder.

Now two Regina men, ages 38 and 43, are accused of setting the fire.

The 38-year-old is in custody and was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

There's a warrant out for the arrest of the second man.

Their charges include arson to property and attempted obstruction of justice.
