Regina police made a 3rd arrest in the death of Raymond Gardypie.

Regina police have arrested a third man in the January 2010 slaying of Raymond Gardypie.

Robert Glen Gordon, 24, is charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Gardypie, 26, last Jan. 9.

Gardypie's body was found by Regina police inside a house in the 1000 block of Retallack Street. Neighbours said they had heard arguments in the house.

Joshua Brendan Bird, 21, and a 17-year-old male, are also facing second-degree murder charges in the case. They were arrested within days of the incident.

Gordon is scheduled to appear in court Friday. He was arrested Thursday as part of an ongoing investigation, police said.
