Three people have died and three others were injured in a single vehicle rollover just south of Moose Jaw, Sask.

It happened late Sunday night on Highway 2, about 40 kilometres south of the city.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene, while four others were rushed to hospital by paramedics and air ambulance.

RCMP said a 24-year-old died in Regina General Hospital on Monday.  This brings the death toll to three.

Another male remains in critical condition.

There is no word on what caused the crash, but RCMP say alcohol and failure to wear seat belts appear to be contributing factors.

A traffic reconstructionist spent the night investigating at the scene and the highway was blocked.

Police have not released any details yet about the people who died or were injured in the crash.

Charges against the 23-year-old driver of the vehicle are pending.
