Saskatoon police are investigating after a crash between a pickup truck and an SUV sent two teens to hospital Saturday.

It happened in a private parking lot in the 300 block of Cope Crescent at about 1 p.m. CST.

Police said the SUV was travelling through the lot and failed to yield to the truck that was travelling westbound on Cope Crescent.

The truck had two passengers in the cab and two in the rear box. The two in the box were thrown from the truck onto the road.

An 18-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man were rushed to hospital with non-life-threatening head injuries.

There is no word on charges.
