2 boys die in southwest Sask. tractor accident
Two boys from the Ravenscrag, Sask., area are dead following an accident Wednesday on a gravel road.
It happened at around 8:12 p.m. CST near the hamlet in the southwest part of the province, the RCMP said.
The boys, ages 16 and 10, were travelling along the road in a four-wheel-drive tractor towing a baler.
While they were going down a hill, the tractor left the road and entered a steep ditch.
The younger boy was thrown from the tractor. The tractor then entered a ravine and the older boy was ejected. Both boys were found dead at the scene.
The names will not be released at this time, the RCMP said.
