Lady Antebellum, pictured on CBC's CCMA Home for the Holidays special, will not be headlining the Cavendish Beach Music Festival. (CBC)Headliner Lady Antebellum has cancelled its appearance at this summer's Cavendish Beach Music Festival because the band's lead singer is pregnant.
Hillary Scott revealed last Friday that she is expecting her first child with husband, drummer Chris Tyrell.
Lady Antebellum was the feature artist for the July 7 concert.
The festival will be held July 5 to 7.
Plans for other acts will be announced soon, said the music festival's promoter, Meridian Entertainment.
