Police on Prince Edward Island have arrested a 17-year-old girl after a Charlottetown convenience store was robbed Saturday.
Police say the incident happened at One Stop Convenience on Queen Street around 11 p.m.
They say a woman came into the store and demanded money while waving a syringe.
Police say the robber took off on foot with some cash.
The teen was later taken into custody and will appear in court at a later date to answer charges relating to the incident.
