10 fraud charges laid against P.E.I. man

RCMP have charged a Kings County man with six counts of fraud over $5,000 and four counts under $5,000.
Tim Likchin Yap, 28 of Abney, was charged after a four-month investigation. RCMP describe it as an elaborate case with multiple victims, including a variety of people Yap knew from P.E.I. and Nova Scotia.
Yap's case will be in court in Georgetown next Thursday.
