Premier's driver charged with impaired driving

Premier Robert Ghiz's driver and special assistant has been charged with impaired driving.
Jamie MacPhail, 23, of Argyle Shore has worked in the premier's office for a few years.
MacPhail wasn't working at the time of the incident.
He was charged in late January, Charlottetown police told CBC News.
MacPhail is on a leave of absence until the case makes its way through the court system, according to an official with the premier's office.
