Sophie Grégoire Trudeau and daughter Ella-Grace were spotted at a special screening of YTV's new Anne of Green Gables movie in Ottawa last week.

The pair was photographed with Lucy Maud Montgomery's granddaughter, Kate Macdonald Butler, along with the 13-year-old actress who plays Anne Shirley in the movie, Ella Ballentine.

The screening took place on Feb. 2 at the Canadian Museum of History in Ottawa.

Lucy Maud Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables also stars Martin Sheen as Matthew Cuthbert and Canadian actress Sara Botsford as Marilla Cuthbert.

The movie, which was filmed in Canada, premieres on YTV on Feb. 15.
