Drivers are being urged to stay off roads east of Souris, P.E.I., as they are impassable due to drifting snow, according to a Kings County dispatcher.

Road conditions are improving in Charlottetown as plows make headway, but roads and highways remain slick in parts of Prince Edward Island.

CBC reporter FredericoCahis said people are heeding warnings not to drive, and that’s limited the number of crashes.
