House prices on Prince Edward will continue to rise at an even pace over the next couple of years, the Canadian Real Estate Association predicts.
In a report released Monday, CREA estimates house prices will begin to level off slightly in 2014 with a one per cent increase, following increases of close to two per cent in 2012 and 2013.
Nationally house prices were steady in 2012, and increases of about two per cent are expected in 2013 and 2014.
At $155,200 in 2013, P.E.I. continues to have the lowest house prices in the country. The national average is $370,900.
