The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission announced Monday that the price of gasoline will increase by one cent per litre effective Aug. 1.
The price of regular unleaded gasoline at self-serve outlets will now range from $1.18 to $1.20 per litre.
Diesel fuel is going up by two cents per litre.
Propane will have the biggest price increase. Propane from Irving will cost 2.6 cents per litre more, and from Superior an extra 2.9 cents.
The price of furnace and stove oil is unchanged.
