The winners of the 32nd Atlantic Journalism Awards were announced Saturday night.

CBC in the Maritimes picked up three awards.

P.E.I.'s Dave Atkinson won best sports reporting across all news mediums for his item called, "Hockey Friendship."

The Halifax newsroom won best breaking news coverage for its work on, "Flooding in Truro."

Feature Writing in Radio went to Mary Lynk in Halifax for her piece, "All the Diamonds," about Raylene Rankin.
