It's music to P.E.I. band Coyote's ears. All but one of the group's missing instruments have been recovered, say Charlottetown Police.
About $10,000 worth of musical equipment — three guitars, three keyboards and one bass — were stolen out of the van that was parked outside a band member's house on Upper Prince Street in Charlottetown.
Police searched four Charlottetown residences and a vehicle based on a tip from the band.
Police are still searching for a $2,000 guitar that is still missing.
An arrest is imminent, say police.
The band had undertaken a social media campaign to locate their instruments. They also put in notices at local pawn shops, music stores and police.
"Had a couple of people that have given us a few tips, you know, regarding somebody who was possibly selling some things downtown," said lead guitarist Bruce Rooney on Sunday.
The group head out on their first national tour in two weeks.
