President Harper?
What's in a title anyway.
Sometimes it's tough being prime minister — especially when you're with two presidents.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper was referred to as President Harper in a briefing Sunday. It was on informal briefing and not meant for broadcast, so I guess no harm, no foul.
But then Monday Harper had the same thing happen — but this time in a very public way.
At the closing news conference at the North American Leaders' Summit in Guadalajara, Mexico, Mexican President Filipe Calderon referred to "Presidente Harper," twice.
It's not clear if that would be considered a promotion or not.
