Symbolic jesters
Seen at an NDP rally in Halifax: Dancing girls!
Well, dancing people, anyway, cutting loose (at noon!) to the alternative rock offered by warm-up act Inflight Safety.

Also seen at an NDP rally in Halifax: Two T-shirts that read, on the front, "I love you Canada," and on the back, "but not Stephen Harper's Canada."
Some of the words were actually little symbols.
So, the "I" was a little picture of an eye, "love" was a little heart, and "Canada" was a little maple leaf.
And the "but" was, well, a little pink, er, butt.
