Travelling the Green way
Green party Leader Elizabeth May promised to campaign a little differently, a little more green than the other parties during an election campaign. She spoke of criss-crossing the country by train and invited the press to join her.
Perhaps that will happen a little later because tonight she kicks off her travel with a plane ride from Ottawa back to her riding in Central Nova in Nova Scotia.
Her communications director, John Benet, formerly of the Sierra Club, says much of May's future travel will be by train and wonders if CBC's Peter Mansbridge would do a one-on-one with her, in a train car.
