No sour grapes here
As Susan Bonner already reported, Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion had a little tipple at the Niagara Grape and Wine Festival this afternoon.
Dion toured the festival grounds with his local candidate and former Liberal MP Walt Lastewka.

Also on the scene, but hanging back quite a bit was the area’s local Conservative candidate Rick Dykstra.
So how does it feel to have the Liberal leader on his turf?
“He’s certainly allowed to come here and enjoy the wine.
The only thing he can’t bring to St. Catharines is the carbon tax.”
Dykstra says people in this community have already made up their minds to vote Conservative.
Dykstra won this riding by 246 votes in 2006. It was the fifth-closest race in Canada.
That said, Dykstra says he’s confident he’ll win by an even wider margin this time.
