Things heat up in the House
Even for the House of Commons it was an extra-heated moment.
During Member's statements today the NDP's Thomas Mulcair rose to denounce the government for refusing refugee status for a Malaysian man who fears persecution in his country because he is gay.
Everything was routine up to there.
But after his statement Mulcair kept talking, actually screaming.
He stepped away from his MP chair and into the aisle.
He poked his finger at Tories near him.
His face was red as he cried "You should be ashamed!"
The display left other MPs agog. Some shaking their heads wondering what it was all about.
The whole episode lasted a few minutes and then still visibly angry Thomas Mulcair simply left the House
