Around the fireplace
It's quite the scene in the bar of the Holiday Inn in Kitchener this morning.
Liberals are in the hotel for a two day caucus. But this morning many gathered in the bar / restaurant to watch the television over the fireplace.
On it was one of their own, former Liberal minister John Manley, holding a news conference to talk about his report on Canada's future role in Afghanistan.
Liberal Foreign Affairs critic Bob Rae sat with a copy of the report, cameras recording him reading, while the Manley news conference blared on.
