Police say they received information indicating Elanna Marki, 40, of Toronto was in the area of Prince of Wales and Meadowlands drives in Ottawa.

Marki, and 44-year-old John Brown of Pickering, are on the lam connected to an incident in December 2013.

Police said if the public sees Marki, do not approach her and call 911 immediately. Anyone with information is asked to call Toronto police at 416-808-4100 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-8477.

Brown was reportedly spotted in Toronto last month when he took police on a car chase, which left two police officers and two residents injured.
