A family of four is the latest to be rescued from the Ottawa River after their boat capsized in the Deschênes Rapids on Sunday. All were wearing life jackets.

A 25-year-old man without a life jacket drowned after his dinghy flipped in the same area of the river on June 1.

As Omar Dabaghi-Pacheco reports, water rescue teams are warning boaters to beware of the rapids — and always wear a life jacket.
