Our summer edition of Our Ottawa this week is focused on food, beginning with a heated discussion about food trends with blogger Kathy Ferguson and food writer Laura Robin about what's hot and what's stale.

Our Ottawa is CBC Television's weekly magazine program. It airs Saturday at 6 a.m. and Sunday and Monday at 11 a.m.

Join host Lucy van Oldenbarneveld for a look at what's happening in our community, as well as lifestyle tips and stories covering a wide range of topics, including health, consumer news, the arts and entertainment.
