Hundreds of teachers and public sector workers began a protest Friday at the Ottawa Convention Centre, where the Ontario Liberals are meeting this weekend.
The fight between the unions and Premier Dalton McGuinty's Liberals centres over collective bargaining rights and recent changes and proposals the McGuinty has put forward to cut the province's deficit. Cory O'Kelly filed this report at 6 p.m.
