Police locate missing 19-year-old

Ottawa police have located a 19-year-old man who had disappeared earlier in the day.
Police had asked for help in locating Dylan Skof-Williams after he had disappeared near Woodroffe Avenue and West Hunt Club Road.
But at 1:45 p.m. they said he had been found safe and sound.
