The union for public sector high school teachers encouraged members to take a pause from extra-curricular activities and wear black on Wednesday in protest of the McGuinty government's Bill 115.

Elementary teachers have also planned to cut out staff meetings on what they are calling "McGuinty Mondays" to protest the bill, which freezes wages, rolls back sick days and bans strikes for two years.
