Weekend crash on River Road claims another life
21-year-old man succumbed to his injuries in hospital, police say

A 21-year-old man who was ejected from a van that crashed on River Road early Saturday morning has died in hospital, bringing the number of victims in the crash to two.
Julio Nibigirwe, another passenger in the van, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second victim later succumbed to his injuries in hospital, Ottawa police said Sunday.
The van was carrying five young men when the crash happened on River Road near Lowen Drive at about 2 a.m. Saturday.
Nibigirwe and the 21-year-old, both passengers, were ejected from the vehicle. A 17-year-old driver and two other passengers suffered minor injuries.
The 21-year-old has not yet been identified by police.
The investigation into the crash continues.
