1 person killed in Highway 7 crash

One person is dead after a tractor-trailer and a car collided Sunday night on Highway 7 near Peterborough, Ont.
Ontario Provincial Police said the collision happened at around 8 p.m. Sunday near the community of Marmora, Ont. — about 60 kilometres east of Peterborough.
Police said the two vehicles hit head-on.
The victim of the crash has not been identified.
The highway was closed Sunday night but reopened Monday morning.
