Three teenagers died and another was severely injured in a car crash near Navan, east of Ottawa, early Sunday.
The crash occurred at about 1:45 a.m. local time on Heuvelmans Road, just south of Colonial Road, police said.
A Chevrolet pickup truck was southbound when it left the gravel road, hit a steel culvert and flipped over before coming to a rest in a ditch, police said.
Two 19-year-old men and a 16-year-old girl died at the scene. An 18-year-old woman with severe injuries was taken to a local hospital.
Police did not release the names of the victims.
Hundreds of people signed a Facebook page commemorating the dead.
