Rachel Homan's Team Canada curling rink goes for gold

Rachel Homan's curling rink, based out of the Ottawa Curling Club, won bronze at the women's world championship last year and they're looking to win gold this year.

Rachel Homan's curling rink has been on a roll over the last year, winning back-to-back national championship and a bronze medal at the world championships.

But after failing to represent Canada at the Olympics, Homan, third Emma Miskew, second Alison Kreviazuk and lead Lisa Weagle are focused on winning gold at this year's worlds.

The team has arrived in Saint John, N.B., in anticipation of their first game against Russia on Saturday afternoon.

But before they left, Kreviazuk and Weagle spoke to the CBC's Stu Mills about the challenge ahead and how they prepare. You can hear the interview by clicking on the photo above.
