Still chilly on Wednesday for first full day of spring

Sunny with cloudy periods are on tap Wednesday, and after a cold start, temperatures will climb to 1 C.

It will still be chilly for the first full day of spring.

Sunny with cloudy periods are on tap Wednesday, and after a cold start, temperatures will climb to 1 C.

The breeze will act up again, gusting over 20 km/h, so dress appropriately.

The high should get to a more seasonal 5 C by Thursday.
