Ottawa gets a muggy start to the week

After scattered thunderstorms to end the weekend, look for a muggy start to your work week, Ottawa.

Humidity levels slowly fall Monday with a slight chance of an afternoon shower or thunderstorm under a mix of sun and cloud.

Look for a high near 25 C with a southwest wind developing at 20-40 kilometres per hour.

A cooler, less humid air follows on Tuesday.
