Three men were taken to hospital after a stabbing on MacLaren Street in downtown Ottawa just after midnight Saturday, and police say one of them is facing charges.
Police were called to 415 MacLaren St., a highrise building between Bank and Kent streets, at 12:04 a.m. ET after a fight had broken out.
Two men were stabbed in the chest and the third was stabbed in the leg.
They were taken to hospital by paramedics in serious, but not life-threatening condition.
In all, four people were arrested by police, including the three injured men.
A 45-year-old man is facing two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of assault with a weapon, one count of possessing a dangerous weapon and three counts of breach of probation.
No other charges or arrests are expected.
