Clayton Presley, accused of 2nd-degree murder, found after manhunt
58-year-old found Friday night
A man accused of second-degree murder, who was wanted by the Smiths Falls Police for allegedly breaching conditions of his release, has been found.
Smiths Falls Police were looking for Clayton George Presley, 58.
Presley was released on conditions in 2013 after he was charged in the death of Daryl Weedmark.
He had last been seen in Carleton Place on Thursday around 12:30 p.m. prompting police to send out a release looking for him.
Smiths Falls police said they found him at a home just outside of Carleton Place on Friday night, with the help of Lanark County OPP.
