Elderly pedestrian dies after collision on Woodroffe Ave.

An elderly woman has died from her injuries after she was struck by a vehicle on Woodroffe Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

An elderly woman has died from her injuries after she was struck by a vehicle on Woodroffe Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

The collision happened at about 12:30 p.m. on Woodroffe near Knightsbridge Road.

Paramedics said the pedestrian was a woman in her 90s and that she was without vital signs when they arrived at the scene.

The woman died from her injuries, police later confirmed.

Woodroffe Avenue was closed between Saville Row and Richmond Road but has since reopened.
