"Got discharged, I'm back at home away from home in Toronto, casa at lasta #BeAnOrganDonor," she wrote, and included a picture of herself sitting at home on a bed with no breathing tubes in sight.

Earlier Friday, Campbell tweeted that physiotherapy was going well.

"Feeling Amazing! Just did the bike in physio and didn't need any oxygen! Miracle! Thank you for the endless support! #LYLT #BeAnOrganDonor," she wrote.

The 21-year-old was diagnosed with advanced idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis last October and had surgery at Toronto General Hospital on April 6.
