Canada-wide warrant issued for robbery convict
Police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for a convicted armed robber who skipped parole after being released from Collins Bay federal penitentiary in Kingston.
Immanuel Toussaint was supposed to report to a halfway house in Toronto on Friday, as part of his parole conditions, but did not turn up.
Police are unsure of Toussaint's whereabouts but he is known to frequent Ottawa and has contacts in the capital.
Toussaint is a black man, 21, stands five feet 10 inches, weighs 170 lbs. and has brown eyes and black hair with a scar on his left index finger.
He was serving two years and two months for armed robbery and drug possession.
