Man stabbed during robbery near ByWard Market
The 36-year-old man is in stable condition, police say
Ottawa police are investigating after a 36-year-old man was stabbed in the back after a robbery Sunday night near the ByWard Market.
Police say the man was stabbed during a robbery near the intersection of Besserer Street and Dalhousie Street at around 8:10 p.m.
The man was stabbed several times in the neck and back and the suspects took off with the victim's backpack.
The victim was taken to hospital and is in stable condition.
Police are looking for two male suspects and one female suspect.
