Mike Sheridan, a personal trainer in Ottawa, recently released a book called Eat Meat and Stop Jogging, in which he argues that some people are exercising more than they should.

Sheridan was a guest on Ontario Today on Thursday where he discussed the risks of endurance exercising and cutting out foods from a diet.
