A woman was nabbed going 100 km/h over the speed limit near Reserve Mines, N.S., on Friday morning, police say.

Cape Breton Regional Police say the woman from the Sydney area was going 150 km/h in a 50 km/h zone on the Glace Bay-Sydney Highway at 7 a.m.

She was charged with stunting and given a ticket for $2,422.50.

Police seized her vehicle and licence and suspended her licence for seven days.
