Two men died after a car crash near Wolfville, N.S., Sunday morning.

Cpl Scott MacRae of the RCMP said it was a single-vehicle crash on Ridge Road at 12:50 a.m.

"The car had left the road near a sharp turn and struck a tree," MacRae said.

A 43-year-old man from Chezzetcook, N.S., died at the scene. The 46-year-old male passenger from Musquodoboit Harbour, N.S., was transported to the QEII Hospital and later died. 

MacRae said a traffic analyst was brought in to assist with the investigation.
