Thousands of people in Nova Scotia are resting after competing in the 10th Annual Blue Nose Marathon on Sunday.
Just under 14,000 people participated in the three-day long event, a new record.
Greg Wieczorek won the full marathon for the third time in a row.
In 2011, the 31-year-old set a Blue Nose record with a time of two hours and 28 minutes.
This time he was a little slower, finishing in two hours and 39 minutes.
Jen Nicholson of P.E.I., won the women’s race with a time just over three hours.
After all that hard work, it'll soon be time for participants celebrate. There’s a post-race party Sunday night at the World Trade and Convention Centre.
