A teenager is recovering from a non-life threatening stab wound after an altercation in Eastern Passage, N.S., on Sunday night.

The RCMP said a group of three teenagers were getting off a Metro Transit bus at 6:40 p.m., when a group of six sprayed them with mace and stabbed one of them.

This follows what police are calling a "heated" verbal dispute near the bus terminal at the Dartmouth Sportsplex.

They said the group of six followed the bus in a car, and attacked after the three got off the bus at McCormack's Lane.

No arrests have been made.
